Turning the city’s waste spaces into its strength, The Urban Backbone activates narrow service lanes through a modular exoskeleton. This design reclaims 'blind spots' for cycling, play, and traditional movement, fostering safety through 'eyes on the street.' It stitches the divided colony fabric back together.
